Customer classification

According to the process and result of negotiation with customers in the exhibition, customers are divided into formal customers, potential customers and invalid customers. The formal customer here refers to the old customer, according to the above two points to carry out the work. A potential customer is a customer who has a clear intention to place an order for your product, and who can place an order by following up on the details. Invalid client refers to the client who only left his business card at the exhibition and did not communicate with him, and the client only collected some information. Sort out the customer records during the exhibition, correspond with the customers, add some ideas to prepare for the next step.

Contact the customer

Send emails to every client. Be careful not to send them in groups. The email shows the content of the last exhibition. To key customers to the key contact, first contact key customers, to distinguish the priority. Attached is the photo taken at the exhibition.

Respond to customer

After the mail is sent out, some replies will be received successively. Read these replies carefully, know what your customers really think, and respond to them in a timely manner. If the customer needs to quote for a product, make a quotation for the customer. Don't underestimate the value of a quotation.

Name of quotation sheet, a lot of people just name quotation sheet "quotation sheet", actually this is more superficial and irresponsible practice. The content and format of quotation sheet are also very important. Quotation sheet is made by EXCEL, SHEET1 is quotation sheet, SHEET2 is customer data. The LOGO of the company is on the left at the top of the quotation, and the company name and contact information are on the right. The quotation list includes the following items: product name, pictures, unit price, features, specifications and packaging. At the bottom are some terms.

To follow up again

If the customer is satisfied with your product and price, you need to induce him to order your product. For example, you need to ask for the quantity, time and trading conditions of your order. If you send an email and the client doesn't respond, send a different email a week later. If the customer still hasn't replied, consider whether the customer isn't interested in your product. If frequent emails will arouse the disgust of customers, it is advisable to add one in the next third email. If you do not wish to receive this email, please reply and explain.
